Sedation patients need a driver home, which for most of Brentwood means a short ride for a friend or family member.

The consultation
A cone-beam CT scan, an honest read on your bone and your options, and a plan you can see on screen. Second opinions are free, including on cases declined elsewhere.

Foundation, if needed
Where bone has receded, grafting or a sinus lift rebuilds it first, in the same suite, by the same surgeon.
- Step 03
Placement
Under IV or oral sedation, the implant is placed with Yomi® robotic guidance to the position, angle and depth in the plan. Temporary teeth often go on the same day.
- Step 04
The final tooth
After three or more months of healing, the custom crown, bridge or zirconia arch is fitted. Every implant carries a one-year warranty on the materials.

One visit with a 3D scan answers it. The bone, the health of your gums and your general health decide it, and most adults qualify, some after an extraction or a graft. If another office has said no, Dr. Barriere’s second opinion is free.
No. Missing bone can be rebuilt before the implant goes in, with a graft, a sinus lift or a ridge augmentation, and the surgeon who places the implant does that work here too.
Anywhere from a few months to about a year. The implant can often go in soon after the consultation; it then heals for three months or more before the final tooth is fitted, and you wear a temporary in the meantime.
